BASIC I and II / INTERMEDIATE I and II
Designed to be used in sequence, these four units will provide young people with a wide scope of experience and knowledge in strength training while improving fitness. Each unit is connected to the preceding one; instruction always builds on previously taught skills and terms. Fully developed lesson plans include instruction of over 130 exercises and provide 37 sample training programs. Appropriate for introduction to children age nine or ten, these resistance training lessons are effective for introducing strength training to middle school and high school students as well.
